Reports To: Projects & Organizational Development Leader
Location: Minneapolis, MN
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $55,000-60,000 annual salary
Position Summary: The Projects Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of projects as assigned by the Projects & Organizational Development Leader. The Projects Coordinator leads the convening of working teams, tracks and supports the implementation, and removes barriers in the completion of assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
Leading Project Implementation:
Leads the creation and maintenance of timelines, master task lists, and budgets based on the Project Charters of assigned projects
Establishes regular communication and check in frameworks for project working teams; monitors these communication frameworks to ensure effective communication is maintained across teams
Monitors and supports the progress of projects throughout the lives of projects
Removes barriers to project(s) success; seeks support from the Projects & Organizational Development Lead in removing impediments to project(s) progress as necessary
Maintains project documentation, tracks & reports project budgets, and evaluates project implementation and success
Communicates project(s) progress to the wider organization and the Leadership Team on a regularly scheduled basis, and to the Board of Directors as requested

Knowledge/Skills/Ability:
English speaking with knowledge of Spanish and Indigenous language value
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Experience collaborating with and accepting feedback from other departments
Problem solving skills (including ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner)
Demonstrable proficiency with Google Workspace
Proven ability to set and meet expected deadlines in a timely fashion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success leading and implementing collaborating teams
Demonstrated success mentoring and instructing individuals in professional environments
Demonstrated collaborative style, cultural competency, and effective relationship building
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently and completing on time

Benefits:
Employee contribution to 403(b) at 1% or more of salary is matched with 3% of salary employer contribution
Four weeks of paid time off for full-time (or equivalent for part-time) + 12 paid holidays per year paid at the part-time rate of 4 hours per holiday
