Roasted Delicata Squash

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a shallow baking sheet with foil.

Remove ends of squash.

Cut squash lengthwise in half and use a spoon or scoop to remove seeds and strings.

Drizzle squash halves with oil and rub in with your hands, ensuring squash is fully coated.

Sprinkle inside of squash with salt.

Cook squash flesh-side down for 30-40 minutes or until squash is desired softness.

Optional:
Lightly drizzle cooked squash with Native Wise pure maple syrup to enhance the natural sweetness.
