Culinary Team
Laura Garcia (she/her) moved to Roseville from Mexico City when she was 15, and enjoys working alongside her mother, Cristina, in the kitchen of the Indigenous Food Lab. Laura works hard making sure things are sanitized and orderly in the kitchen, she enjoys working at the Food Lab because of its comfortable atmosphere.
In her spare time, Laura likes to spend time with her 6 kids, watching movies, playing games, and cooking as a family. She especially likes to cook spicy foods and enjoys going out with her friends when she can find the free time.
