Culinary Team
Born in Mexico City, Cristina has been cooking her whole life. Working with foods from scratch is a big passion for her, and she feels strongly about making things from ingredients rather than buying them pre-made from the store. Cristina carries with her generations of family knowledge in regards to traditional Mexican foods, and she is working now to pass that knowledge down to her daughter, Laura, who also works for the Indigenous Food Lab.
In her spare time, Cristina cooks for her family and enjoys experimenting with ingredients.
