I spent about 2 decades in bar, kitchen and restaurant operations and management before starting with The Sioux Chef in 2019. I moved over to NATIFS in 2020.

Hard to say, but I imagine at any given time I likely resemble the Octopusauruses from The Flintstones.

A chef and restaurant owner, haha! Enough time in the industry will cure anyone of that.
