IFL Market Culinary Associate

Reports to:  Assistant Market Kitchen Manager

Location:  Minneapolis, MN  

Position:  Full-time

Salary:  $21/hr

Position:

The Market Culinary Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of kitchen space in the Market and preparing menu items as ordered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Food prep and kitchen assistance
  • Preparing menu items as ordered
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
  • Put away product deliveries
  • Follow and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen workspace at all times
    1. Hold food safety certification to reinforce food safety guidelines and procedures 
  • Follow Inventory Control Procedures to mitigate waste and inventory variances
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  •  Adhere to opening and closing checklists

Benefits:
