The Market Culinary Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of kitchen space in the Market and preparing menu items as ordered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Food prep and kitchen assistance
- Preparing menu items as ordered
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
- Put away product deliveries
- Follow and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen workspace at all times
- Hold food safety certification to reinforce food safety guidelines and procedures
- Follow Inventory Control Procedures to mitigate waste and inventory variances
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Adhere to opening and closing checklists

Benefits:
